The Commission appointed the University of Leeds and the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at London School of Economics to carry out analysis on the distributional impacts of deploying greenhouse gas removal technologies. This supports the final report Commission’s study on Greenhouse Gas Removal Technologies. The report sets out the impact on consumers, on both an income and expenditure basis, of deploying engineered removal technologies.
