Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA) was appointed by the National Infrastructure Commission to undertake research into the strategic financing choices made by the private sector when investing in UK infrastructure and the role public funding and financing interventions can play in facilitating greater private investment. The aim was to provide the Commission with research which examines issues related to the provision of private finance for infrastructure to support the development of the National Infrastructure Assessment.
