The National Infrastructure Commission appointed Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA) to undertake research into the strategic financing choices made by the private sector when investing in UK infrastructure and the role public funding and financing interventions can play in facilitating greater private investment.
The three documents below produced by CEPA consist of this analysis of the UK’s infrastructure pipeline, as well as a summary report and a review of the UK’s infrastructure financing market. CEPA completed their work over the period October 2016 through to March 2017.
