The National Infrastructure Commission appointed Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA) to undertake research into the strategic financing choices made by the private sector when investing in UK infrastructure and the role public funding and financing interventions can play in facilitating greater private investment.
The three documents produced by CEPA as part of the project include this review of the UK’s infrastructure financing market, as well as a summary report and an analysis of the UK’s infrastructure pipeline. CEPA completed their work over the period October 2016 through to March 2017.
