Transport connectivity: discussion paper
Exploring the approach to connectivity used in the first National Infrastructure Assessment.
Tagged: Design & FundingTransport
As part of the research for the National Infrastructure Assessment, the Commission asked Prospective Labs to create a set of measures of transport connectivity that assess the ease with which people can get around within, and between, different places in Great Britain. These informed the Commission’s recommendations on urban transport in the Assessment.
This discussion paper provides further clarity on the connectivity measures and how they can be used and offers insights into Great Britain’s transport connectivity provided by the measures. The dataset is free to download and use and is available here.
