Duties diagrams for water, energy and telecoms

These diagrams and explanatory notes were commissioned from the Centre for Competition Policy to demonstrate the expanding regulatory remit of each of the three regulators over time; they inform the final report of the regulation study. They were prepared by Natalya Mosunova (water and telecoms) and David Reader (gas), with contributions from Michael Harker.
