Performance data for water, energy and telecoms

This annex to the final report of the regulation study sets out performance data for the water, energy and telecoms sectors that formed part of the evidence base for the study. It uses a framework to help understand inputs and outcomes across the sectors and to set them in historical and international context. The framework is based on the Commission’s performance measures for infrastructure.
