The Commission is looking for someone with a strong HR background and experience in delivering strategic and operational workforce programmes to come and join the team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with senior leaders and key partners across the Commission and provide strategic drive, challenge, support and guidance across a wide-ranging HR and operations. It covers organisational development, health and wellbeing, L&D, D&I, recruitment and retention, and much more. You’ll find the work at the Commission is varied, offering the successful candidate great opportunities to develop strategy, drive change management initiatives and improve how we work.
It’s also an exciting time to join the Commission. You will have the opportunity to get involved with a number of interesting projects which will shape the way we operate in the future as we work towards the second National Infrastructure Assessment, and as we open a second office in Leeds in 2023.
