An important part of the Commission’s work on the Second National Infrastructure Assessment is quantifying the distributional impacts of the recommendations in the report on the average household spending on infrastructure, covering all sectors.

This annex presents the background methodology and a series of charts setting out how the Commission assessed the impacts of its recommendations on groups with protected characteristics and on each income decile of the UK population.
