This compendium of impact and cost notes for the Second National Infrastructure Assessment covers the impact of each recommendation made against the Commission’s objectives, the expected cost of each recommendation (both fiscal and on household bills), and presents the Commission’s view on the uncertainty, distributional and environmental impacts of the recommendations.
