Lessons Learnt: reviewing the process of the first National Infrastructure Assessment
An extensive programme of engagement with staff and external stakeholders.
Following the publication of the UK’s first National Infrastructure Assessment, the Commission carried out a comprehensive engagement process with its staff and external stakeholders to gather feedback. This included workshops, an online stakeholder survey and anonymised interviews.
This paper summarises that engagement, records the feedback received and summarises the lessons for the Commission’s current and future work.
